Danskinetics

Danskinetics is a movement process designed to loosen up participants’ approach to dance and movement to enter into an exploratory and open relationship to their own bodies and relating to others through movement.

  1. Learn the basic structure of a movement lesson.
  2. Explore groupings: individual, partner, small and large group work to understand the benefits of each.
  3.  Explore and use of props and specific sites to open to  awareness of movement expression and potential.
